José Manuel Velasco (GA) have been the Chair of Global Alliance since July 2017. He currently works as a PR Consultant, CEO of Santos Creativos and senior advisor of Thinking Heads. Until January 2015 he served as Head of Communication for several companies, the most recent being FCC.
Yomi Badejo-Okusanya (APRA) is the President of the African PR Association and a board member of the International PR Association (IPRA). He currently work as the managing director of Nigeria´s CMC Connect Group, the group consists of CMC Connect Burson Marsteller, Tangelo Africa, I – Ocatne and Reiginite Public Affairs. He was a recipient of the PR Golden Eagle Award recognising the most outstanding PR person of 2010.
Philippe Borremans (IPRA) is a board of the International PR Association. He currently work as an independent public relations consultant, specialising in online, risk & crisis communications. He started his career at Porter Novelli International and was PR manager for IBM for 10 years. He is also a guest lecturer at several universitites and is the producer of Wag The Dog FM, a PR podcast.
Hanna Brogren will moderate the panel discussion. She is the General Secretary and CEO of Swedish Communication Association. Hanna was previously CCO of the City of Stockholm and Director of Communication for the Swedish Government Offices. She has worked as consultant and is currently also member of the Club of Venice.
